Elijah’s Adoption
Elijah's Step-Mother, Martinika, has been the mother figure in his life since he was very small, and on this day he would become officially hers.
During the beginning of the pandemic last year, I was asked to help create a moment and welcome Elijah officially into the Johnson family. I conceptualized and orchestrated in communicating with Martinika and countless other relatives in their sending me videos to put together this special moment for Elijah that was disguised as a maternal photoshoot.

I wrote, shot, and edited a 30-second spot for Rustic Burger in the Fayetteville/Hope Mills area. The restaurant is decked in old southern flavor and I wanted to make sure I gave them a treatment that personified their feel and made their burgers the star of the show. This spot was shown in AMC Theatres in the area.
